Excellent service and quality diner style meals at any time of day or night!

Went here for traditional diner food for breakfast and was not disappointed. Everything was well cooked and my chicken fried steak was quite yummy. I wouldn't call the food fantastic but it was everything I wanted. Prices were neither inexpensive nor exorbitant. We'll probably come here again.

Just don't see places like this anymore, totally old school. Great food, tastes like grandma's home cooking, feels good to take a break from the regular McDonald's and Wendy's stuff. Great employees who smile and treat you like family 😀 go whenever possible lol!!!

Good luck getting a seat at breakfast. “Just a few minutes” meant waiting in the doorway for 20 minutes while 12 old men stare at you as they sip their 5 rounds of coffee. *Awkward*Sad, we went to IHOP and had no issues.

Folks are nice, food is good and if you don't mind smelling like bacon when you leave, you'll give it 5 stars also.

This truly is the best breakfast in Warrenton! The folks are friendly, the food is awesome, and it's prepared efficiently and to order. I love the vibe here, where even if you walk in as a stranger new to the area, invariably someone next to you strikes up a conversation, making you feel welcome. And that's the true twin hallmarks of diners - great food and warm atmosphere. Frost Diner has this in spades, and it's addicting! This is my go-to breakfast stop when in Warrenton. Just remember to bring cash, no debit / credit cards.

Visited this establishment and was greeted by a relatively clean area, the waitress was nice and the cook was completely silent. I ordered the country fried steak and scrambled eggs with homefries - not too much to complain about once the entire plate was drowned in salt due to the blandness of everything.

Absolutely amazing!! The servers were very kind and sociable but the best thing by far was the food. Some of the best tasting food I've ever had, not just the best diner food. They only accept cash but they have an ATM right when you walk in so it wasn't an inconvenience.Absolutely recommend for all ages any time of day or night.

Best country fried steak!

I wasn't a fan on the 1st visit because it is a small place which gets really crowded. But overall the breakfast food is always good here as is the coffee when you wait for fresh. Service always great too.

This little place was a treasure! The food was great and served quick. I had corned beef hash and eggs with cheese (of course) and a English muffin. In my group they had: bacon, egg & cheese and rye; grits with cheese, sausage, bacon and toast. Everyone enjoyed their food. Be prepared to sit in booths or at the counter and to wait if you don't come early. Another little tip, the parking fits the restaurant. The prices are fairly reasonable also.

This is a great place for very casual dining. Prices are spot on and the quality of food and preparation are very good. Sometimes seating is an issue but that is a testament to the great food. Always a must if in the Warrenton area.

Really good breakfast food and coffee. I've yet to try their lunch but I'm sure it's fantastic. It's an old dinner so don't expect much decor. People are great and so is the food.

Very friendly and attentive waitress. Very authentic diner atmosphere. Food was reasonably priced. This was our first time eating here. We'd come back again. Diner only accepts cash for payment. Unusual, but it goes with that retro feel.

Pretty much got stopped at the door. Signs allover the doors stating cash only, use ATM, ATM wasn't working, ended up leaving. Might try again but Gainesville Diner is much nicer by a long shot.

We frequently visit this place and have excellent service (usually morning weekend hours). Today, a Saturday, we got there a little later than we usually do. We sat for an hour waiting for a grilled ham and cheese and an omelette. We saw a number of tables come and go while we still waited. Asked about the timing, the server said ours would be up in 2 minutes. After 5 minutes I got up to check the grill. Nothing resembled our order. I sat and waited a few more minutes, got up and asked again. The server said our pork chops are going on right now. We didn't order pork chops. She said our ticket was third in line. THIRD in line! We've been there an hour. I began to complain and one of our (favorite, usually great customer service) workers there told us to go to McDonald's. I told him we have enjoyed coming for breakfast and were really disappointed with the service today. Apparently service falls on their face come lunch time.

stopped here for breakfast on our way through town. You do have to wait a little bit to get a table but the breakfast was delicious. Service was excellent!

Very good. Nice portion sizes on the veggies. Steak was done med rare as requested. And the Lemon Meringue Pie is awesome.
